1. Who we are

GliderForge (also operating as GliderParty) sells custom, laser-cut balsa gliders designed in our free online editor. These Terms govern your use of our websites, the design tool, and any purchase you make. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Using the design tool

Anyone may use the glider design editor for free, with no account. An account is required only to save designs to your fleet and to get cut-ready output (the printable 1:1 template and the laser DXF). You are responsible for the designs you create and for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Ordering & products

• Gliders are produced to a single fixed sheet size (200×300 mm) and shipped in a rigid mailer.
• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The base glider is $29; add-ons (such as sticker packs, a display stand, and a nose-weight kit) are priced separately. A flat $5.00 shipping charge applies to physical orders.
• We ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your address.
• Prices, products, and availability may change at any time. An order is accepted only when payment is confirmed.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — card data is handled entirely by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms as they apply to the transaction.

5. Gifts

You can buy a gift that a recipient redeems online with a gift code. Gift purchases are governed by these additional rules:

• Gift purchases are final. There is no self-service cancellation, void, or reissue of a gift once purchased. Please double-check the recipient's email before paying; your own copy of the code is shown after purchase and emailed to you as a backup.
• Gift codes expire 12 months after purchase. We email the recipient a reminder 30 days before expiry. Unredeemed codes cannot be redeemed after expiry and are not refunded automatically.
• A gift code is a bearer token: whoever holds a valid code can redeem it. Treat it like a gift card.

6. Cut-ready output & your designs

The design tool and any exported template or DXF are provided for your personal use. Cutting, assembling, and flying gliders involves sharp tools and small parts — use appropriate care and adult supervision. You use exported files and any physical build at your own risk.

7. Accounts & deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the account area. Deleting your account removes your profile and saved designs and disables your login. Records of completed orders and gift transactions are retained for accounting and legal record-keeping (see the Privacy Policy).

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, or probe the service, no automated abuse of checkout or gift endpoints, and no use of the site for unlawful purposes. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access that threatens the service or other users.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
