We keep this light. We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to hold your in-progress cart and design between visits — this stays on your device. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add optional analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

We do not sell your personal information. Each provider processes your data under its own terms and only to perform its service for us.
You can delete your account at any time from the account area. This removes your profile and saved designs and disables your login. As noted above, records of completed orders and gifts are retained for record-keeping. You may also contact us to access or correct your information.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of your personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email legal@gliderparty.com; we will verify your request against your account before acting on it.
We use reputable cloud infrastructure, encrypt secrets, and never store card data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
The store is intended for adults purchasing on behalf of a household. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy as the service evolves or as the law requires. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
