Something wrong with an order, a question about a design, or need a hand with a gift? Email support@gliderparty.com and we'll help. Include your order number if you have one so we can find it quickly. The sections below cover the most common questions.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not matching what you ordered, email support@gliderparty.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll offer a replacement or a refund for the affected item.
Because gliders are cut to your custom design, we generally can't accept returns of correctly-produced items simply because you changed your mind. Please review your design and the 1:1 preview before ordering. This does not affect your rights regarding damaged or defective goods (above).
Gift purchases are final sale: there is no self-service cancellation, void, or reissue once a gift is purchased, and we do not automatically refund gifts. Gift codes expire 12 months after purchase; the recipient receives a reminder 30 days before expiry. If you believe a gift purchase was made in error, contact us and we'll review it individually — any refund is at our discretion and handled manually.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds are processed manually by us; please allow several business days for the refund to appear after we approve it. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you need to cancel a physical order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel and refund an order that has not yet been produced or shipped; once an order has shipped it is handled under the sections above.
